Festival Place is Basingstoke's principal retail and leisure destination and one of the 25 largest shopping centres in the UK, set in the heart of the town just off the M3. Its 1.2 million sq ft is home to more than 180 retailers, including Marks & Spencer, Next, H&M, Sports Direct and Rituals, alongside over 20 restaurants and cafes and a 10-screen Vue cinema. With around 2,500 car parking spaces and roughly 19 million visitors a year, it draws a wide catchment across Hampshire and the wider South East.
